Points giving

The tactical competition: each team's place in Drop, Course and Intercept (and any category added there), entered by judges signed in with the points account. A place is worth its number and the lowest total wins; the page shows the standings, the nations and the winner, and downloads them as CSV. The team list is kept by hand on that page. Only organisers and the points account can open it.

Registration

Closing stops new passes, new callsign reservations and new teams. Pilots who already have a pass can still open it.

Public results page

Applies to the results page pilots open on their phones. Takes effect on their next refresh; nothing here touches the race or the published times.

Teams opens first when both are on. With both off the page shows no grouped table at all — just the pilot standings.

Untick it if the timer recorded wrong laps and you entered the right times at race control. Pilots then see results, positions and standings only — no lap lists, best laps, lap statistics or replays. Nothing is deleted: tick it again and the laps come back.

Shown under the event name. Leave the end date empty for a one-day event; leave both empty to show no date at all.

Race videos

Attach a YouTube video to a race: pilots see it in that race's entry on the results page, as a preview they can play there. If the race is part of a longer stream, copy the link with YouTube's Share → Start at so it opens at the race, not at the start of the day.

Documents for pilots

Shown at the top of the pass page and under Documents. A hidden document can only be opened by organisers — tick Visible when it is ready. Pilots see changes on their next refresh.

Registered pilots

Temporary passes only: BADSA members check in with the Personal Racing ID from their profile and never register here, so they are not in these counts or the exports.

Teams

Every registrant picks from this list, so a wrong or joke entry is visible to all of them until it is deleted here. Deleting a team does not change any registration that already used the name.

Pilots counts every registration using the team, whatever its capitals. LRM groups teams by exact spelling, so a team spelled two ways is flagged: reissue the odd ones out to match, or LRM scores them as two teams.

Clearing data

Two separate controls, on purpose: clearing bad results must never cost you the registrations. Each one says what it is about to delete, taken from the server when you press it, and neither runs until the event code is typed beside it. Neither touches your admin sign-in or the event configuration.

Clear the published results

Checking…

Deletes the one document LRM publishes to, and nothing else. The results page then says nothing has been published yet, rather than showing figures you know are wrong. To put it back, press Publish Results Now on LRM's admin page — every publish sends the whole snapshot, so this is a clean resend, not a merge. Registrations are not touched.

Delete every registration

Checking…

The same cascade the Delete button on a row runs, for every pilot at once: the registration, its callsign reservation, its pass-recovery entry and any BADSA account request. Then anything left over from an earlier half-finished delete, then the team list. Every pass stops working and every callsign is free again. There is no undo — take the JSON backup first. Published results are not touched.
